Amy Lemann

Joining PayTech in 2006 as the HR Manager, Ms. Lemann manages HR functions for the organization including recruiting, employee relations, training and development, compensation, and benefits.

Prior to her role at PayTech, Ms. Lemann served as Sr. HR Generalist at Policy Studies Inc. (PSI) where she managed the employee relations and legal compliance functions for more than 1600 employees. In this role, she conducted internal investigations relative to formal complaints, and acted as a resource for problem identification and resolution with employee situations. Ms. Lemann holds a B.B.A degree from the University of Colorado-Boulder, emphasis HR, and is a member of CHRA, SHRM, and the DCPA.
