As President and CEO, Ms. Allen focuses on ensuring strong company performance, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. A 20-year veteran to the Payroll Industry serving in management roles for several large Fortune 500 companies, Ms. Allen recognized the need for specialized Payroll and Human Resources Consulting services. In 1999, she founded PayTech, a now nationally recognized leader in Payroll and Human Resources Consulting services and family-oriented employer of choice. Through her leadership, vision, and expertise, Ms. Allen has shaped the complex services and solutions that PayTech's clients require.

In addition, Ms. Allen currently sits as a Board Member for SungateKids providing comprehensive investigation and support to victims of child abuse and has served as President of the Greenwood Village Chamber of Commerce. She is an active member of the American Payroll Association and supports numerous Human Resources Association chapters.
