Project Manager
The Project Manager position is responsible for all stages of project development from proposal and requirements definition to project planning and implementation. This position involves a full range of duties relative to management of projects, people, budget and project deliverables, directing the work of payroll consultants as well as client staff, and acts as a liaison between clients and PayTech in order to further productive business relationships. The ideal candidate possesses: - At least 10 years experience in payroll, managing staff, teams and/or projects, with formal Project Management coursework
- Demonstrated understanding of key components of project management methodology
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple parallel projects, meet client deadlines and obtain measurable results
- Excellent interpersonal skills and superior oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated skills with project management tools and methodologies
- Strong computer skills; knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel and MSProject
- Expert working knowledge of multiple payroll related systems
- Capability and willingness to travel at any time
- CPP certification required, Project Management certification desired
